About this role

Tactile Medical is seeking a Supervisor for Patient Support to lead a team managing customer interactions around at-home medical devices for lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory conditions. You'd own day-to-day team leadership, performance management, and operational oversight—coaching staff through regular 1:1s, evaluations, and development conversations while holding the team accountable to service, quality, and productivity goals. The role requires you to balance hands-on people leadership with cross-functional problem-solving, handling complex patient escalations, workforce planning, and process improvements that drive both efficiency and patient satisfaction.

This position suits someone with at least four years in customer service, patient support, or healthcare settings, plus two years of formal supervisory experience. You'll need a track record managing escalations, using data to make decisions, and building engaged teams. Medical device or DME background is preferred but not required; what matters more is your ability to lead through metrics, foster accountability, and navigate operational challenges in a regulated environment where HIPAA compliance is essential.

The role is full-time and based in Minneapolis. Compensation ranges from $61,500 to $86,205, with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, stock purchase options, paid time off, parental leave, and wellness programs.
