About this role

OMS of Utah, part of Specialty Dental Brands, is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to support its surgical team in Layton. You'd be the operational hub connecting patients, clinical staff, and administration—managing scheduling, presenting financial treatment plans, verifying insurance, and handling the administrative details that keep a specialty practice running smoothly. The role demands someone organized and detail-oriented who can communicate clearly about complex financial and clinical information while staying calm in a busy surgical environment.

The ideal candidate has some dental or healthcare office experience and familiarity with practice management software, though the core requirement is strong organizational and customer service skills paired with the ability to multitask without losing focus. You'd work closely with dentists, hygienists, and office managers, so being proactive, dependable, and genuinely invested in patient experience matters as much as technical competence. This is a full-time in-office position offering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits along with paid time off.
