About this role
Loenbro's Project Coordinator role sits at the operational heart of mechanical construction projects in Ellendale, working onsite to keep projects on track and profitable. You'll manage daily project diaries, timecards, cost tracking, and inventory while coordinating between technicians, management, superintendents, and clients. The position demands strong organizational skills and comfort moving between office work—spreadsheets, scheduling software, billing reports—and active construction sites where you'll document progress, handle schedule updates, and help resolve issues as they arise.
This role suits someone with construction industry experience and solid Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. A construction management degree is preferred but not required; what matters more is a track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You'll need a valid driver's license, insurability, and willingness to work in variable weather and site conditions while following safety protocols.
Loenbro offers standard construction industry benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, PTO, and professional development opportunities. The position is full-time and based in-office in North Dakota, reporting to the Project Executive.
