BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to join the team in and around Williamsport, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
Position Highlights:
- Part-time roles with the possibility of additional hours and full-time availability
- Flexible openings across day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Competitive pay starting at $17+/hour, depending on experience
How You’ll Make an Impact as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Our Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities/special needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older

The role requires at least one year of prior experience working with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, a high school diploma, and you must be 18 or older. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling across day, evening, and weekend shifts with the possibility of picking up additional hours, starting pay of $17 or more per hour depending on experience, and on-the-job training.
