About this role
Ventura TRAVEL is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support travelers on their adventures, primarily serving the German market. You'll be the main point of contact before, during, and after trips—preparing customers through video calls, managing travel logistics like transfers and flights, handling documentation, and stepping in during emergencies. The work spans email, phone, and digital tools, with the expectation that you'll be available for 24/7 shifts during peak travel seasons.
This role suits someone with at least two years of customer service experience who combines strong organizational skills with genuine empathy. You'll need fluent German and confident English, comfort with digital platforms (CRMs, booking systems are a plus), and the ability to stay composed when problems arise. Travel industry background is a bonus but not required. The position is fully remote, though you'll have the option to work from other Ventura offices globally.
Beyond the day-to-day work, Ventura offers a collaborative international environment with team events, a yearly two-week offsite, ongoing learning opportunities, and a share in company profits. This is a full-time role that rewards creativity and problem-solving within a company built around enriching travel experiences.
