About this role

CareDx is seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator to serve as the primary support person for transplant patients navigating their medication regimens. You'd manage the full lifecycle of a patient's transplant medications—from coordinating refills and handling insurance authorizations to connecting patients with copay assistance and providing education on adherence. The role requires close collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, and insurance companies to resolve issues and keep care on track, while maintaining meticulous documentation and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.

This position suits someone with a healthcare or pharmacy technician background (ideally 2+ years) who is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely motivated to support patients through a complex medical process. You'll need an active Mississippi pharmacy license, proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems, and a solid grasp of transplant care terminology. The role is based in Atlanta and runs a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.

CareDx offers competitive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, an employee stock purchase plan, and notably, up to 30 days of paid leave annually for employees who donate an organ or bone marrow—reflecting the company's mission-driven focus on transplant care.
