About this role
ARCO National Construction, a top-ranked design-build firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Cincinnati operations. This role sits at the administrative center of project delivery, requiring you to manage communication flows between clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments across multiple concurrent projects. You'll handle the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction setup and document management through closeout—while maintaining accuracy in Procore, Viewpoint, and other systems that keep complex construction work organized and compliant.
The position calls for someone with three to ten years of construction administration experience who can juggle competing deadlines, stay organized under pressure, and work effectively as part of a project management team. Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential; Procore experience is a bonus. Beyond the core coordination duties, you'll assist with submittals, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, bid preparation, and various executive support tasks as needed.
ARCO offers substantial benefits that reflect its commitment to employee retention and growth: performance-based bonuses, 100% employer-funded ESOP, traditional and Roth 401k options, tuition reimbursement, paid sabbaticals after five years, three weeks of vacation, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. The company also provides 100% paid maternity leave and one week of paid volunteer time annually.
