Description
- Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations.
- Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects.
- Coordinate and compile client deliverables.
- Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.
- Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc.
- as requested by management.
- Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of directly related experience.
- Experience in various databases a plus.
- Effective computer and communication skills in English, written, and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.

About this role
UL Solutions is seeking a Program Service Coordinator to support its Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment operations from the Lowell, Arkansas office. The role centers on data management and process support—you'll work with spreadsheets, client databases, and UL systems to track work status, extract and enter data, compile deliverables, and monitor submissions across multiple locations. You'll also help manage document updates, maintain portals and databases, and contribute to process automation initiatives, all while ensuring quality control and adherence to governance standards.
The position calls for a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of directly related experience, ideally with exposure to multiple database systems. You'll need solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to follow detailed procedures around security and compliance. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to someone organized and detail-oriented who can manage administrative workflows and respond to shifting priorities from management.
