About this role
At Later, you'd be the connective tissue between brands and creators—building the talent strategy and day-to-day operations that make influencer campaigns actually work. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll develop Later's perspective on which creators matter and why, while simultaneously sourcing talent, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with creators and their representatives. You're expected to be both the internal expert advising teams on talent best practices and the external partner cultivating Later's reputation within the creator ecosystem.
The work spans multiple dimensions. You'll stay ahead of platform trends, pricing shifts, and compliance requirements (particularly for regulated industries), then translate that intelligence into creator recommendations that align with client objectives. You'll embed yourself within account teams as the procurement expert, understanding each client's brand positioning and vetting standards deeply enough to source the right talent quickly. Relationship management is core—you'll organize regular touchpoints with agents and managers to unlock priority access and position Later as a preferred partner for high-value talent.
This role suits someone with established relationships across agencies and the creator landscape who can move fluidly between strategic conversations and operational details. You'll need comfort with negotiation, contract management, and process improvement, plus the ability to advise leadership on industry dynamics. The position is fully remote from Boston and offers a salary of $70,000 to $78,000.
