About this role
Premier Truck Rental's Marketing Event Coordinator role sits at the intersection of logistics, vendor management, and brand experience. You'd own the full lifecycle of internal and external events—from trade shows and company meetings to employee engagement initiatives—handling everything from venue selection and budget tracking to onsite execution and troubleshooting. The role also includes managing PTR's employee merchandise programs, which means sourcing products, coordinating with apparel and promotional vendors, monitoring inventory, and keeping purchasing records organized across multiple systems.
This is a hands-on position that demands strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing sight of details. You'll work closely with the Marketing team, Creative Director, and internal stakeholders to translate event goals into executed plans, and you'll need comfort with both strategic coordination (vendor relationships, budget management, system tracking) and tactical work (warehouse organization, shipping, setup and teardown). The role requires 1–2+ years in event coordination, marketing, project management, procurement, or a related field, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel up to 30% for events and trade shows.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments where problems are solved on the fly, enjoy building vendor relationships, and want a role with visible impact on how a company shows up internally and externally, this could be a strong fit. Experience with trade shows, branded merchandise programs, or project management tools like Monday.com would be valuable, though not required.
