Description
- Conduct recruitment, selection and training of volunteers.
- Coordinate the schedules and daily activities of volunteers.
- Liaison between leadership and volunteer resources to match needs of department with skills of volunteers.
- May also organize volunteer recognition program(s) and assist with fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification specializing in Volunteer Services preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

About this role
Ascension's Tulsa hospital is seeking a Coordinator for Guest and Volunteer Services to build and manage its volunteer program from the ground up. You'll handle recruitment and training, create volunteer schedules, match departmental needs with volunteer skills, and work directly with leadership to keep the program running smoothly.
