About this role
citizenM's Distribution team manages channel performance across a portfolio of 36+ hotels, and this internship offers direct involvement in that operation. You'd spend your time auditing distribution data, supporting rate and inventory management across multiple systems, preparing reports for management, and helping implement updates as the company opens new properties. The role combines hands-on process work with analytical tasks, giving you insight into how a hospitality company maintains pricing and availability across its booking channels.
The position suits someone enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related program who thinks analytically and takes initiative without constant direction. You'll need fluent English and the ability to work hybrid—three days weekly in the Leiden office, two from home—ideally for five months or longer starting January or February 2027. The internship pays €750 gross per month, includes travel compensation, citizenM hotel discounts, and access to learning programs, though the core appeal is the operational experience in a growing international hotel group rather than the financial package.
