About this role
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope's Revenue Operations team in Dallas is looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to support the sales organization across training, process improvement, analytics, and technology adoption. You'd work directly with sales leadership and cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations—to equip the sales force with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to perform effectively. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers broad exposure to how a large commercial organization operates, with visibility into executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
The position blends several skill sets: you'll coordinate training programs and maintain sales materials, help streamline processes and build playbooks, manage CRM data quality and reporting, and develop dashboards that track enablement metrics and sales trends. You'll also work with emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve content creation and sales productivity. Success means measurable improvements in training completion, CRM adoption, sales tool utilization, and ultimately sales effectiveness.
The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years in business analytics, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical function. You'll need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, solid communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Salesforce experience, familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau, and exposure to AI and automation platforms are valued but not required. This is a good fit if you're analytically minded, organized, comfortable with technology, and interested in how sales organizations actually work—and if you're looking to build a foundation for growth into revenue operations, sales leadership, or business analytics roles.
