About this role

Ascension's Milwaukee office is seeking a Clinical Programs Coordinator RN to bridge clinical leadership and day-to-day operations. You would oversee nursing programs and staff, develop and implement care plans, manage therapy documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical policies. The role requires coordinating medical equipment and resources while maintaining comprehensive records across multiple operational areas.

This position calls for a Wisconsin or Minnesota RN license (obtained before your start date) and BLS certification within your first month. Advanced Life Support is preferred. You'll work a standard 38-hour week, Monday through Friday, though some early or evening shifts are necessary to observe and provide feedback across different nursing teams. The role suits someone with at least three years of clinical RN experience and a BSN, though the BSN is listed as preferred rather than required.
