About this role
Bee's Plumbing and Heating is looking for someone to be the operational backbone of their West Seattle office—managing front desk duties, coordinating with technicians and vendors, supporting HR compliance work, and keeping the facility running smoothly. You'd be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, handle IT troubleshooting coordination, track licenses and certifications, manage supplies and vendor relationships, and support leadership on events and meetings. It's a role that demands someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking initiative without constant direction.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of office, front desk, or administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You'll need discretion when handling employee records, basic tech comfort, and the ability to move around the facility and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Experience in HR, onboarding, compliance, or the trades is a plus but not required. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for company events.
The role offers competitive pay between $24 and $27 per hour, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, and a company-provided iPhone and iPad. This is a good fit if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where variety matters and you want to be genuinely central to how a growing service business operates day-to-day.
