About this role

Bradken's Port of Brisbane warehouse is looking for someone to manage the flow of inventory and outbound freight for a global resources company. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll coordinate dispatch activities, maintain accurate stock records, oversee receipting and invoicing, and investigate discrepancies—working across internal teams, freight providers and customers to keep products moving on time and safely. The role sits at the centre of supply chain operations, so precision and reliability matter as much as the ability to stay organised when priorities shift.

You'll need a current Forklift Licence and Year 12 completion as a minimum, ideally backed by a Certificate II in Transport, Logistics, Warehousing or related field. Prior warehouse, dispatch or inventory experience is essential. The job is hands-on: you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 20kg regularly, and working with business systems to keep records accurate. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and a genuine commitment to safety and procedure are non-negotiable. This is a full-time, in-office role at the Port of Brisbane facility, and you'll need the legal right to work in Australia—visa sponsorship is not available.

Bradken emphasises a safety-first culture, learning and development, and competitive pay and benefits. The role opened due to an internal promotion, suggesting a stable team environment. If you're a detail-focused warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy and customer service, this is a genuine opportunity to contribute to a established operation within a global company.
