About this role

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centered care for a young adult with severe learning disabilities, autism, and anxiety in their home and community in the Wolverhampton area. You'll be part of a small, consistent team of three support workers, which means you'll build genuine, long-term relationships with the individual and see the tangible impact of your work over time.
