About this role

The Ritz-Carlton's Asset Management Coordinator role in Singapore sits at the operational center of the APEC region's hotel portfolio, managing the full lifecycle of property openings, renewals, and strategic initiatives. You would own critical reporting across multiple stakeholder groups—preparing monthly and quarterly Asset Management reports, tracking hotel openings from requirement letters through operational readiness, and monitoring properties at risk of termination. This means coordinating closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and ownership entities while maintaining detailed project trackers in systems like Oasis and handling due diligence activities.

The role demands strong organizational capability and comfort with detail-oriented work. You'll prepare and distribute numerous reports and documentation packages, schedule and support meetings across regional and executive leadership, manage key money and capital investment tracking, and handle administrative coordination including travel arrangements and expense processing. Fluency in English and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential, as is the ability to synthesize information from multiple teams and present it clearly to senior stakeholders.

This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone who thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment and enjoys being the connective tissue between development, finance, legal, and operations functions. If you're organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities across a large regional portfolio, this coordinator role offers visibility into Ritz-Carlton's strategic asset decisions.
