About this role

Working in Revenue Management Field Support at The Ritz-Carlton's Singapore office, you'd split your time between analytical work and stakeholder engagement. On the analytics side, you'd support the revenue management team by analyzing performance data, building reports and dashboards, and helping leadership understand what's driving results. You'd also assist with ad-hoc projects as priorities shift. The field engagement piece involves preparing materials for monthly webinars, drafting communications templates, and updating training resources for the broader hotel network.

This role suits someone with solid technical foundations—you'll need proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to handle the data work. Beyond the technical skills, the internship values clear communicators who think critically, work independently, and stay organized under pressure. A background in business, finance, statistics, or hospitality management is preferred. You should also have experience with video editing, as that occasionally supports webinar preparation.

The internship runs six months full-time in-office from January to June 2027. You must be a Singaporean citizen, PR holder, or hold a valid student or work holiday pass, and be eligible to study or have studied at a university in Singapore or one of several approved countries (Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, or US).
