About this role
DTCC's Application Support Engineering team maintains critical financial infrastructure, and this Lead role focuses on the FIS Integrity and ATS applications that power the firm's daily operations. You'd be responsible for resolving production incidents, managing disaster recovery processes, and collaborating with development teams and Treasury end users to translate business needs into technical solutions. The position bridges support and development—you'll handle everything from urgent application alerts and SQL troubleshooting to pre-production deployments and vendor upgrades, while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
This role demands deep expertise in FIS Integrity, particularly around contract administration, cash management, and payment processing, along with a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and ISO20022 standards. You'll need at least six years of related experience, strong communication skills to work across technical and business stakeholders, and the ability to write SQL queries. Knowledge of ATS, Crystal Reports, and SNOW/Salesforce is valued. The hybrid arrangement (three days onsite in Dallas, two remote) offers flexibility while keeping you connected to the team and infrastructure partners you'll work closely with.
