About this role

ON.energy is building grid-scale battery storage and power infrastructure for AI data centers, and this role sits at the operational center of how the brand shows up across the company's rapidly expanding footprint. As Branding Coordinator, you'd own the end-to-end production and logistics of branded materials—from merchandise and apparel programs to signage across offices and operating sites, printed collateral, and the physical brand presence at conferences and company events. You'd also manage vendor relationships, track project schedules, and maintain the administrative systems that keep the function running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role that demands strong organizational ability and the capacity to juggle multiple concurrent deliverables without dropping details. You'll need to hold external vendors accountable to scope and quality standards, communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, and be willing to travel periodically for events and on-site setup work. The position explicitly offers exposure to every part of a growing brand function and is structured to support advancement for someone who shows initiative and consistent execution.

The ideal candidate has prior experience coordinating branded merchandise, printed materials, or promotional programs—ideally with exposure to trade shows, conferences, or technical industries like energy or infrastructure. You'll be based in Miami and working in-office full-time. ON.energy offers competitive salary with performance-based bonus eligibility, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
