About this role

This contract role at Core One combines logistics coordination with graphics support for USSOCOM's strategic initiatives, including wargaming, warfighter talks, and capabilities development. You'll evaluate and address logistical requirements while synthesizing complex data into clear visual presentations using PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and related software. The position requires independent work in a fast-paced environment, balancing planning responsibilities with administrative support for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of strategic or operational experience within DoD services and combatant commands, ideally supporting wargames, experimentation, or high-level staff conferences. You'll need demonstrated proficiency in developing products for general/flag-level command staff, planning large-scale events for senior leadership, and working fluently with Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, and graphics software. A TS/SCI security clearance is required.

This role suits someone comfortable moving between detailed logistics work and creative visual communication, with a background in military or defense contracting environments and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. The position is based in Tampa, Florida and requires in-office presence.
