You'll be the go-to resource for everything from laptop setup and new-hire onboarding to systems administration, troubleshooting, security, and SaaS management.

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, delivers exceptional employee support, and embraces AI and automation to help us work smarter as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Employee Technology: Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, office equipment, Wi-Fi, and conference room technology.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own IT readiness from Day 1, including equipment, accounts, permissions, MFA, and secure access removal upon departure.

  • Systems Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and troubleshooting across Google Workspace, Zendesk, Vitally, Salesforce, HubSpot, ElevenLabs, and other SaaS platforms.

  • IT Support: Serve as the primary onsite resource for employee technology needs, resolving issues efficiently and coordinating vendor support when needed.

  • Security & Compliance: Maintain device security, endpoint protection, access controls, and documentation while supporting HIPAA, SOC 2, Vanta, and audit readiness.

  • Asset Management: Track company equipment, software licenses, device assignments, replacements, and lifecycle management.

  • AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, workflows, and employee support while promoting responsible AI adoption.

  • Process Improvement: Build scalable IT procedures, onboarding checklists, and self-service resources as TouchCare grows.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, systems administration, or a related role.

  • Strong hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting employee computers and office technology.

  • Experience administering Google Workspace, SaaS applications, user permissions, MFA, and access management.

  • Knowledge of endpoint security, device management, software licensing, and IT asset tracking.

  • Practical experience using generative AI tools and an interest in automation.

  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, documentation, and communication skills.

  • A service-first mindset with the ability to work independently and own issues through resolution.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or health-tech experience.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, Vanta, or related security frameworks.

  • Experience with Zendesk, Vitally, Salesforce, HubSpot, or ElevenLabs.

  • Experience with workflow automation, managed IT partners, or building internal IT processes.

You'll Thrive Here If You Are...

  • Hands-On: You enjoy solving problems, setting up technology, and being the person people rely on.

  • Proactive: You anticipate needs and address issues before they become problems.

  • AI-Curious: You actively explore how AI and automation can improve everyday work.

  • Organized: You value documentation, security, and reliable processes.

  • Service-Oriented: You communicate clearly and genuinely enjoy helping people.

  • Accountable: You take ownership and follow through.

What Success Looks Like

  • Day 1 Ready: Every new hire has secure, fully functioning technology and systems access.

  • Employees Supported: Technology issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

  • Systems Secure: Devices, permissions, and processes meet security and compliance requirements.

  • Operations Scalable: IT workflows become increasingly standardized, automated, and efficient.

About this role

TouchCare is looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to be the primary technology resource at their Stamford headquarters—a hands-on role that combines desktop support, systems administration, and new-hire onboarding. You'll own the complete employee technology experience, from setting up and securing computers on Day 1 to managing access across their growing SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and AI tools). The role also includes offboarding, troubleshooting, equipment inventory, and supporting the office infrastructure like printers and conference rooms.

What sets this position apart is the emphasis on AI fluency and automation. TouchCare expects you to actively use generative AI in your daily work—to improve troubleshooting, create documentation, and identify ways to make IT operations smarter. You'll also support the company's healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and SOC 2 controls, and help employees safely adopt approved AI tools. This is not a role requiring AI engineering expertise, but rather someone curious about emerging technology and comfortable finding efficiency gains through it.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience, with proven expertise in computer deployment, Google Workspace administration, SaaS user provisioning, and identity and access management including MFA and authentication. The position is full-time, onsite in Stamford, Connecticut, with a salary range of $60,000–$80,000.
