About this role

# About This Role

Ivalua is seeking an IT Desktop Support Administrator to serve as the primary U.S. contact for endpoint management and local IT operations at their Pittsburgh office. You'll manage Microsoft Intune deployment and Windows 11 systems while acting as the relay between Ivalua's U.S. operations and their global IT teams in EMEA and APAC. The role combines hands-on desktop support—onboarding employees, provisioning hardware, troubleshooting software and network issues—with strategic responsibility for application packaging, system updates, and workstation standards across the organization.

Beyond day-to-day user support, you'll oversee IT infrastructure locally, including equipment lifecycle management, office access control systems, and meeting room AV setup. You'll also collaborate with the security team on threat analysis and policy compliance, administering user access rights and maintaining network security standards. This position requires someone who can work independently on local projects while communicating effectively across time zones with distributed teams.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of IT support experience (or equivalent education and experience), with proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace administration, Active Directory, and cloud solutions. You should be comfortable with application packaging, driver deployment, and basic scripting, and bring strong problem-solving skills, customer service instincts, and the ability to balance urgent tickets with longer-term infrastructure work. Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator are valued.
