ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to manage the administrative and logistical backbone of their learning programs and events. You'll handle everything from coordinating venues, vendors, and materials to maintaining participant records, managing registrations, and supporting event execution. This is a behind-the-scenes role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts—timelines, checklists, rosters, communications, and documentation—while keeping Program Managers and cross-functional teams informed and on track.
The role spans three main areas: learning program coordination (planning events, managing logistics, supporting participants before and after programs), participant and learning administration (maintaining records, managing the learning management system, processing updates), and vendor and financial support (coordinating contracts, invoices, and documentation). You'll work closely with internal teams across L&D, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Accounting to resolve issues and ensure programs run smoothly.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus one to three years in coordination, administration, event planning, or HR.
