Opportunity Overview:
Cohere Health is seeking a highly analytical, resourceful, and organized Business Development & Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Growth organization. This role sits at the intersection of business development, sales operations, data analysis, market intelligence, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable working with data, and able to turn information into actionable insights. This person will support Sales and Growth leadership through account and market research, reporting and analysis, CRM data management, business intelligence, and operational projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, working across teams, and using technology and AI to make teams more efficient and effective.
What you’ll do:
Account & Market Research
- Conduct research on health plans, prospects, key executives, organizational structures, market developments, and relevant vendors or technology partners.
- Research and map key stakeholders and buying committees within target accounts.
- Monitor company news, earnings, leadership changes, partnerships, and other developments relevant to Sales and Growth.
- Use AI and other research tools to efficiently gather, analyze, and synthesize information.
- Research and track competitor use in target accounts.
- Package research and insights into concise, actionable outputs for Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and leadership.
Data & CRM Management
- Maintain high-quality account, contact, opportunity, and other sales data.
- Research, validate, enrich, and clean CRM data and identify data-quality issues.
- Support data governance and help ensure consistent use of sales processes and CRM standards.
Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze sales pipeline, activity, funnel performance, account engagement, and other key business development metrics.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to Sales and Growth leadership.
- Monitor trends, identify gaps and opportunities, and help translate data into recommendations.
- Support analysis of BDR performance, meeting generation, opportunity conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct account and territory analysis to help prioritize prospects and focus sales resources.
- Develop recurring KPI reports and support Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting.
- Perform ad hoc analyses using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Sales Operations & Process Improvement
- Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities and cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve sales productivity.
- Support workflow improvements, automation, and implementation of new processes and tools.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver operational solutions.
AI, Automation & Productivity
- Leverage AI tools such as CohereGPT and Claude to improve research, analysis, reporting, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive research, reporting, and operational processes.
- Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and help develop scalable workflows that improve team efficiency.
Growth & Business Development Support
- Support BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams with account research, prospect identification, contact research, and account prioritization.
- Assist with event and conference research, target-account development, and other prospecting initiatives.
- Maintain accurate prospect and account information and support effective handoffs between Business Development and Sales.
ISMS roles and responsibilities( Entry to 5 yrs)
- Fair understanding of Information Security practices.
- Align to the organization policies and procedures.
- Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or SaaS, working with health plans.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn and synthesize information about companies, markets, and industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve research, analysis, productivity, or business processes.
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Experience with sales intelligence/prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or another business intelligence platform.
- Experience with SQL or querying data from business systems.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other Go-to-Market technologies.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
