Join our team as an Associate Marketing Coordinator! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of various projects while providing crucial support to our marketing team. What You'll Do:
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events and trade shows, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed
- Manage promotional merchandise including inventory, distribution, and budgeting
- Support the planning and execution of internal recognition programs and events
- Assist with webinar coordination and technical setup to ensure seamless virtual experiences
- Help track and manage marketing budgets and expenses
- Assist with survey creation, distribution, and results tracking and analysis
- Provide administrative support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met
