About this role
Blackbird Health is seeking an operations coordinator to serve as the on-site owner of its clinic environments across the Philadelphia Metro region, managing day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and logistics while also launching new locations. This is a mobile role requiring frequent travel across Pennsylvania and New Jersey clinics, combining hands-on operational work—from conducting site inspections and resolving maintenance issues to coordinating furniture deliveries and managing access systems—with the project management side of opening new spaces. You'll be the primary point of contact for clinical teams on facility matters, working cross-functionally with leadership across the organization to keep spaces clean, safe, and fully operational.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, or similar coordination roles, with demonstrated ability to manage vendors and logistics independently. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with both the tactical work of physical setups and the communication required to resolve operational issues quickly. Healthcare or behavioral health experience is valued but not required; what matters more is your willingness to travel regularly and your ability to thrive in a role that blends field work with cross-functional collaboration.
The position is full-time and based in Philadelphia, with a salary range of $55,000 to $62,000. Blackbird offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k match, generous paid time off, and a supportive work culture within a clinician-founded organization focused on pediatric mental health care.
