About this role
Gates Hudson & Associates is looking for someone to be the primary support person for residents navigating community assistance and social service programs. You'd handle everything from fielding resident calls and concerns to coordinating referrals, developing support plans, and managing case follow-ups. The work involves both direct interaction—attending resident meetings, gathering feedback, addressing issues—and behind-the-scenes coordination, including documentation, data entry, and maintaining program records across Word, Excel, and property management systems.
This role suits someone with one to two years in property management, community outreach, or administrative support who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. You'll need strong organizational skills, comfort with Fair Housing regulations, and the ability to manage sensitive information professionally. The position requires flexibility, including occasional evening or weekend hours, and a valid driver's license. Experience in case management, community resource coordination, or resident services is a plus but not required if you have solid administrative and customer service fundamentals.
