About this role
At FIRST Global Management Services, you'd support the event technology team for a major brand experience agency managing thousands of events annually across the Fortune 500. The role centers on registration website management, database administration, and attendee coordination—ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and maintaining registration systems for events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. You'd also handle logistics like badge coordination, post-event surveys, and onsite registration procedures, with periodic travel (10–20%) to oversee events in person.
This internship suits someone with foundational experience in event technology or meeting coordination who's comfortable working across multiple platforms like Cvent or Eventbrite and has solid Excel skills. You'll need to juggle competing priorities, communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients, and be willing to work evenings and weekends when events demand it. The hybrid setup (two days in the NYC office) offers exposure to a global operation while the broader Encore family provides access to resources and potential opportunities across seven countries.
The position offers competitive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness perks, with a base salary range of $66,300–$72,785 plus discretionary bonus eligibility. This is a solid entry point if you're looking to build depth in event technology and operations within a well-established agency.
