About this role
Locus Robotics is looking for someone to be the on-the-ground owner of an autonomous robot fleet at a customer site in Las Vegas. This is a hands-on role that blends technical problem-solving with customer relationship management—you'll be the main point of contact between the customer's operations team and Locus's internal teams, translating issues into actionable insights and helping shape how future deployments run.
The role suits someone with a technical background (engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering degree) and at least a year of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, or technical support.
