About this role
Ardent is looking for someone to bridge technical geospatial expertise with clear communication for the Homeland Security community. You'd develop and deliver training presentations, create geospatial products for demonstrations, and provide direct customer support—answering questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and explaining complex mapping concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role is fundamentally about making geospatial technology accessible and useful to government clients.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field, plus two years of hands-on experience with geospatial technologies, training delivery, or customer support. You'll need strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate technical information for varied audiences.
