About this role

Star Mountain Capital's Tampa office needs an IT Coordinator to be the on-site technology backbone for the operation. You'd handle everything from day-to-day user support and equipment troubleshooting to managing hardware inventory, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining the office's networks and systems. This means being the primary point of contact when employees have tech problems, while also coordinating with the firm's broader IT team and external providers on larger initiatives, vendor relationships, and compliance matters.

The role calls for someone with at least three years in IT support or systems administration who knows Windows and Microsoft 365 well. You'll need solid troubleshooting skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and genuine service orientation—this is a hands-on position in a growing firm where responsiveness and proactivity matter. A degree in IT or a related field is preferred, and experience in financial services would be a bonus. The position is based in Tampa and requires in-office presence.
