About this role
Omaha Orthodontics is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks across their practice. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling everything from greeting and building rapport to taking orthodontic records, reviewing treatment plans, and discussing financial and insurance details. The role also involves follow-up communication with patients and referring dentist offices via phone, email, and text, so strong customer service skills and comfort with multiple communication channels are essential.
The position calls for someone with x-ray certification and ideally prior orthodontic office experience, though a team-oriented approach and genuine enthusiasm for patient care matter most. You'd be working in-office full-time in a practice that emphasizes a positive, collaborative culture. Omaha Orthodontics offers competitive wages, paid holidays and vacation, uniforms, a 401(k) plan, health/dental/vision coverage, and an incentive program—benefits designed to reflect how they treat team members as family.
