About this role
Eucalyptus is seeking a clinician to provide remote medical support for its Spain operations, serving patients in the Juniper weight-management program. As a Medical Support Associate, you'd handle clinical triage and patient communication across email, SMS, chat, and occasional phone calls—mostly in Spanish with English as needed. Your responsibilities would include responding to side effect concerns, conducting treatment reviews, managing patient queries, and developing educational materials, while flagging clinical issues to the broader team for protocol improvements.
The role requires a registered nurse, pharmacist, or doctor with several years of clinical experience and strong triage judgment. You'll need fluency in Spanish and professional English, comfort with remote work and digital healthcare delivery, and the ability to work independently across a rotating 7-day schedule at 3–4 hours per day. This is a contractor position offering flexible hours and the potential to transition to full-time employment as the Spain clinic grows.
