About this role

Twin Pines' Resident Service Coordinator role is the operational backbone of their customer service function, managing lease renewals, move-ins, and day-to-day resident communication across multiple properties in the tri-state area. You'd handle the full lifecycle of renewals—drafting rent-stabilized and market-rate leases, sending offers through Onsite, following up with residents on schedule, and keeping renewal trackers current. Beyond renewals, you'd field resident inquiries, coordinate move-ins including insurance collection and key handoffs, send building communications, and conduct monthly property walkthroughs with follow-up work orders.

The role demands strong organizational skills and comfort with data management in systems like Yardi and Excel. You'll need working knowledge of rent-stabilized lease requirements and Good Cause Eviction protections, plus the ability to juggle phone and email coverage across multiple properties while prioritizing competing requests. Success means residents get timely, professional responses, renewals stay on track, and the renewal tracker reflects accurate, current information. This is a full-time, in-office position in New York City paying $30–$33 annually, suited for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage complexity across a portfolio of properties.
