SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.

About this role
SpaceXAI is building AI infrastructure at scale, and this Production Coordinator role sits at the operational center of that effort. You'd manage the flow of high-value components—servers, networking equipment, power and cooling systems—through receiving, inventory, kitting, and deployment across the Memphis/Southaven data center campus. The work bridges logistics leadership, Site Operations, construction teams, and engineers, requiring you to create and maintain material schedules, reconcile work orders, verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, and communicate status updates to leadership. It's hands-on and detail-oriented, with accountability for both system integrity and physical material handling.
This role demands someone comfortable with operational complexity and willing to own problems end-to-end. You'll troubleshoot incorrect data in inventory systems, coordinate priority requests from multiple internal customers, manage de-kitting and returns, and support process improvements across the supply chain. The position requires at least a year of supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing experience, a valid driver's license, and the physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights. Experience with MRP/ERP systems like SAP, familiarity with data center or semiconductor environments, and forklift certification are valuable but not required.
The schedule is variable and demanding—you'll need flexibility for overtime, weekends, and up to 20% travel. You'll work onsite in all weather conditions and environments with fumes and noise. This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where initiative and strong communication directly influence how well the operation runs.
