About This Role
DelRicht Research is seeking a full-time, onsite, patient-facing Limited Term Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Charlotte clinic. About this role
DelRicht Research is looking for someone with at least three years of professional experience to step into a patient-facing clinical research role at their Charlotte clinic. This is a temporary full-time position lasting approximately 12 weeks with possible extension—designed as a bridge opportunity for someone ready to take on more ownership and responsibility. You'd be the coordinator supporting study visits, managing patient recruitment and enrollment, ensuring protocol adherence, and keeping clinic operations organized across competing priorities. The work involves direct patient interaction, data entry, communication across internal and external stakeholders, and independent decision-making when appropriate.
The role suits someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and can learn quickly in a changing environment. While prior healthcare or clinical research experience is valuable, what matters most is professional maturity, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. If you've worked in a leadership capacity—as a charge nurse, team lead, or supervisor—that background is a plus. The company explicitly frames this as a growth opportunity: you'd own meaningful work while building toward leadership as the site expands, making it a realistic next step for someone who feels limited in their current position but wants to remain patient-facing.
