LOCATION: Birmingham, and surrounding areas
PAY RATES: Days £16.81 / Nights £18.91 / Weekends £21.01
Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

About this role
Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to deliver person-centered care to clients with autism and learning disabilities in their own homes across Birmingham and surrounding areas. You'll work flexible shifts (days, nights, and weekends) supporting individuals to achieve personal goals, build independence, and engage with their communities. The role requires you to maintain safety while making positive risk decisions, build genuine long-term relationships with clients, and apply PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) standards in your practice.
This position suits someone with at least 12 months of UK community-based support experience who is confident managing risk and, where necessary, using physical intervention.
