About this role

Morgan & Morgan's Facilities Coordinator role sits at the operational heart of a large personal injury law firm, managing the physical infrastructure that supports over 6,000 employees across multiple locations. You'd handle a mix of vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, furniture and equipment logistics, and office relocations—essentially keeping the firm's spaces functional and organized so attorneys and staff can focus on their work. The position requires juggling multiple requests simultaneously, communicating clearly with both internal teams and external contractors, and solving facility problems quickly to minimize disruption to business.

This role suits someone with strong organizational skills and a practical problem-solving mindset who can manage competing priorities without losing track of details. You'll need solid communication abilities to work across departments and with vendors, comfort with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel, and the initiative to follow through on tasks independently. Based in Orlando and full-time in-office, it's a position where your work directly enables the firm's mission to support consumer rights.
