About this role

AMEND Consulting's Sales Coordinator role is a behind-the-scenes position that directly enables the sales team's effectiveness. You'll own sales enablement across multiple dimensions: developing collateral and presentation materials, maintaining accurate CRM data, coordinating quarterly webinars and monthly newsletters, and managing event logistics. The role requires working closely with sales leadership to understand their pipeline needs, then translating that into organized systems, polished materials, and well-executed engagement activities. This is not client-facing work—you report to the Director of Operations and serve as an internal operations partner.

Success in this role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. You'll need familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and comfort with data entry and reporting. Beyond technical competency, the position calls for someone who takes ownership, thinks proactively about process improvements, and can work both independently and collaboratively across departments like marketing, delivery, and finance. A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience is required, along with a track record of supporting executive-level teams.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Cincinnati. It suits someone who enjoys operational work, values precision and process, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a consulting firm's growth without direct client interaction.
