Day in the Life: Business Operations Coordinator

WE ARE LOCATED: 100 5th St S, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402, United States
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and maintain advanced reports and presentations within Microsoft office suite of software. Must have a high degree of proficiency within Microsoft suite of software to include Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of the business and the ability to prepare and analyze reports, develop, and maintain databases, spreadsheets and other software or programs as required.
- Design, prepare, analyze, and distribute reports and presentations for both internal team members and customers.
- Evaluate current business processes and systems the present plans to increase efficiency or cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a meeting facilitator to include scheduling, preparing agenda items, taking minutes, drafting action items and publishing documents as required.
- Anticipate needs, make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the operations leadership team based on understanding of business priorities.
- Generate and upload lead supplies for sales team into the CRM.
- Support and assist with Team Member engagement programs and events.
- Participates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to take on big challenges and can see the big picture as well as the details.
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills.
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitude.
- Collaborate on planning and support of events.
- Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be flexible, have a strong eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently.
- Gather and analyze information skillfully and maintain high confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Moderate level of Mathematical analytical, and research skills.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This job operates in a physical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, arms, and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
