About this role

Coast is modernizing commercial fleet payments infrastructure, and as one of the first Customer Support Associates in their new Salt Lake City office, you'd be central to helping customers succeed with their platform. You'll own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and product training through ongoing support—while building relationships that drive adoption and retention. The role demands strong communication skills, product fluency, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time, primarily over phone.

You'd work closely with product, engineering, and account management teams, surfacing customer feedback and escalations that directly shape how Coast improves. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where your insights matter; you're expected to think strategically, prioritize across competing demands, and turn interactions into customer advocacy. The job requires flexibility—some days start at 6 AM MT—and you'll be in the Draper office 3–4 days per week.

Coast offers genuine growth potential in a well-funded startup (Series B, $165M raised) with backing from top-tier VCs and fintech leaders. Beyond standard benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401K, you'll get paid parental leave, flexible PTO, an education stipend, and a $400 home office allowance. The company is early enough in Utah that there's real room to build your career.
