About this role

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Information Security Coordinator to manage the flow of security work across the organization. You'd own the lifecycle of vulnerabilities, audit findings, and security tickets—creating and triaging them, tracking remediation progress against SLAs, escalating delays, and keeping leadership informed through regular reports and dashboards. This is a high-visibility coordination role that sits between the security teams (Vulnerability Management, Application Security, GRC, and others) and requires you to be the connective tissue ensuring findings move from identification to closure on schedule.

The role demands strong organizational discipline and comfort with multiple ticketing platforms, but the real skill is communication and follow-through. You'll facilitate remediation meetings, hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and synthesize data from different sources into executive-level presentations. This suits someone with 3–5 years in security operations or IT project management who understands SLA frameworks, security fundamentals (CVE/CVSS, NIST, SOC 2), and can operate effectively across teams without being a subject matter expert in any one discipline.

Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the CISO, this individual contributor role offers a clear entry point into security operations at a large, well-funded organization. The salary range is $88,550–$110,400, and the position requires in-office presence.
