This position suits someone with two or more years in HR operations, workforce planning, staffing coordination, or project coordination who thrives on accuracy and process. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems, and the analytical ability to spot and fix data integrity issues.
