Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
- Current CPR certification (no online classes)
- TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Proof of Auto Insurance

IntelliChoice Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Raleigh to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes and communities. You'll handle personal care tasks, daily living support, and help clients build independence through skill-building—all while working autonomously within established care plans rather than under constant supervision. The company emphasizes flexibility, letting you choose cases that match your comfort level and working with their team to find shifts that fit your schedule.
The role requires current CPR certification, a TB skin test from the past year, proof of auto insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You'll earn $15–16 per hour as a full-time employee and gain access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus free telehealth and mental health coaching through Vitable. The company also provides 24/7 clinical support and ongoing training in specialized care like trach and vent support, with home safety assessments completed before you start each case.
