About this role
AffiliateUp is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries from Malay-speaking customers across live chat, messaging, tickets, and phone. You'd be responsible for understanding what customers need, solving product or service problems, and following up to confirm issues are resolved. The role requires strong communication in both Bahasa Melayu and English, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple channels and priorities.
This is a fully remote position based in Southeast Asia, so you'll need a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and your own laptop. The company offers a solid benefits package including medical insurance, paid time off (8 sick days and 12 vacation days annually), and budgets for professional development, language learning, and wellness activities like gym memberships. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively with your team, and a genuine commitment to delivering professional, high-quality customer service.
