About this role
Loenbro's Licensing Coordinator role manages electrical licensing compliance across the company's national operations, serving as the central point of contact between the organization, state and local licensing boards, and field teams. You'll maintain comprehensive licensing records for electricians and apprentices, verify regulatory requirements for projects, coordinate renewals and continuing education, and ensure personnel meet contractual and legal obligations before assignment to job sites. The position also involves auditing subcontractor credentials, supporting hiring credential checks, and developing compliance policies.
This contract role requires someone with at least two years of experience in electrical licensing, credentialing, or compliance work—ideally with construction industry background. You'll need strong database management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate clearly with government agencies, Master Electricians, field supervisors, and HR. An Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or construction management is required. Prior exposure to state electrical boards, trade licensing terminology, and CE tracking workflows is preferred and would give you an immediate advantage.
The position is based in Dallas and requires in-office work, though you'll occasionally visit job sites. Success here depends on meticulous attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and comfort building relationships across both office and field environments. If you have compliance or credentialing experience and understand the electrical trades landscape, this role offers a clear focus on regulatory oversight within a large, established construction services company.
