About this role
Path Robotics is looking for someone to lead and scale their part templating operations while staying hands-on with the work itself. You'd own both the quality and consistency of templating across the Mission Control team—creating documentation and standards, monitoring output, coaching team members, and catching process drift before it compounds. Equally important, you'd manage the templating schedule day-to-day, balancing shifting customer and production priorities against team capacity, and distributing work as business needs change.
This role suits someone with direct experience in part templating, robotic weld programming, CAD/CAM, or similar manufacturing or robotics work. You'd need strong organizational skills, comfort with documentation, and genuine patience for training and mentoring. The hybrid individual-contributor and team-lead structure means you're not stepping away from hands-on work—you're doing it while also building the systems and coaching others to do it well.
Path Robotics offers in-office work in Columbus, daily free lunch, flexible PTO, comprehensive health coverage, six weeks of fully paid parental leave (twelve to fourteen weeks for birthing parents), a 401(k) plan, and employee referral bonuses.
