Administrative Support Specialist

Electrosoft seeks an experienced Administrative Specialist to support a U.S. Government Department for Identity Management under an Identity Access Management Technical Support Services contract. This position provides critical administrative, logistical, and operational coordination in support of multiple ICAM teams, and other identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) initiatives. The Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication, documentation control, and program continuity across ICAM program activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for departmental meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting program documentation such as reports, technical deliverables, presentations, and briefings.
  • Support contract oversight activities including tracking deliverables, maintaining version-controlled repositories, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics for Department working groups and stakeholder engagements across PIV, PKI, PACS/LACS, and ICAM program areas.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites and documentation libraries in accordance with Department standards and Section 508 requirements.
  • Assist with data collection, verification, and compilation of program metrics, reports, workflow tracking, and operational summaries.
  • Support onboarding activities, staff coordination, task management, risk log updates, and recurring program operational needs.
  • Ensure administrative processes comply with Department security, privacy, and controlled information-handling requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting federal IT, identity management, or security-focused programs.
  • Experience supporting federal program management offices, technical teams, or enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing polished documents and detailed meeting minutes.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with federal documentation standards, Section 508 requirements, and handling controlled/unclassified information is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) programs.
  • Familiarity with Department enterprise identity systems such as HR Connect, PDS, TEDS, and the USAccess CMS.
  • Relevant training or certification in administrative professional services or project coordination.

Security Requirements

Candidates must meet federal personnel security screening requirements, including eligibility for a Public Trust clearance, and must comply with all identity verification processes and Departmental security policies.

 

Pay Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
